摘　　要：目的探讨针灸对精神分裂症缓解期患者生活质量的影响。方法选取精神分裂症缓解期患者101例,随机分为对照组51例,治疗组50例。对照组给予抗精神病药物治疗,治疗组在药物治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗。观察两组病例针灸治疗前后阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、不自主运动评定量表(AIMS)变化及不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组CGI、PSQI及AIMS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),HAMD评分、PANSS总分及各因子虽有降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针灸能有效改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量,降低不良反应,提高临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia of remission.Methods 101 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the control group(51)and the treatment group(50).The control group was treated with antipsychotic drugs,and the treatment group was additionally given acupuncture treatment based on antipsychotic drugs.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),the Clinical Global Impression(CGI),the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS)and adverse reactions in both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group had a higher effective rate and a lower adverse effect rate than the control group,with significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the decrease of CGI,PSQI and AIMS in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05),but the reduction of HAMD,total and all factor scores of PANSS was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,reduce adverse reactions and improve clinical effect.
