五运六气理论指导三字经推拿辨证思维探析

摘　　要：三字经推拿是国内公认小儿推拿流派之一,笔者提出五运六气理论指导三字经推拿理论与技法,首倡六经辨证简化取穴,并提升临床审证效率。通过剖析传统三字经推拿五脏辨证取穴及存在问题,结合当时运气特点分析五运六气临证辨治的汤药处方,简化传统三字经推拿取穴配方,治疗发热、夜啼、呕吐伴腹泻3例常见病,取得奇效的推拿诊治经过,验证了临床上三字经推拿从"六经"证的象来调气转机辨治小儿疾病的可行性和有效性。这对探讨五运六气理论在创新传统三字经推拿辨证取穴和手法选用中具有意义和价值。Three-character-classic tuina is one of the domestically recognized classic of pediatric tuina.The author proposes the theory that the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors could guide the theory and techniques of three-character-classic tuina and firstly advocates simplifing acupuncture by syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,which could improve the efficiency of clinical differentiation.By analyzing the point selection by using syndrome differentiation of five zang organs and existing problems in the traditional Chinese three-character-classic tuina,combining the characteristics of the qi at that time,and analyzing the prescriptions of medicines by the treatment and differentiation of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the formula of point selection of the traditional three-character-classic tuina is simplified.Wonderful results were obtained by treatments of 3 cases of fever,night cry and vomiting with diarrhea,which verified the availability and feasibility of clinical treatment of pediatric diseases by three-character-classic tuina,which regulate qi and transforme disease mechanism from pattern’s image from the image of six meridians syndrome.This explores the significance and value of the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the innovation of pattern differentiation,point selection and manipulation choosing of traditional three-character-classic tuina.
