中西医综合梯级止痛疗法治疗癌痛探析

摘　　要：癌痛是恶性肿瘤患者病程中经常出现的临床症状。目前西医主要是在抗肿瘤治疗基础上应用药物三阶梯止痛原则来治疗癌性疼痛,取得了一定的效果,但仍然存在如靶点单一、不良反应多、药物依赖性等不足之处。中医药对于癌痛起着整体状态调整以及针对局部病灶的治疗作用,其疗效显著,不良反应少,无依赖性。文章通过探析王彦晖教授使用中西医综合梯级止痛疗法治疗癌痛的经验,并附验案两则,以期对临床治疗具有参考意义。Cancer pain is a common clinical symptom in the course of cancer.At present,western medicine mainly uses the principle of three-step analgesic drugs to treat cancer pain on the basis of anti-tumor treatment,and has achieved certain results,but there are still shortcomings such as single target,many adverse reactions,drug dependence and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays an important role in adjusting the overall state of cancer pain and treating the local lesions.It has significant curative effect,few adverse reactions and no dependence.Through analyzing the professor WANG Yan-hui’s experience in treating cancer pain with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine comprehensive analgesic ladder therapy,and attaches two test cases,expect to provide the significant reference for clinic treatment.
