摘　　要：虚、瘀、风湿理论是继承于首届全国名中医王永钧教授"风湿扰肾"学术思想并在长期的临床和科研实践中逐渐形成、完善的。笔者从中医理论基础、文献学基础、现代医学研究基础等方面对该理论进行了初步剖析。同时整理陈洪宇教授治疗蛋白尿和血尿的学术经验,以指导临床实践。The theory of deficiency,stasis and wind-dampness was inherited from the first national famous Chinese medicine professor WANG Yong-jun’s academic thought of ‘wind-dampness disturbing kidney’ and gradually formed and improved in the long-term clinical and scientific research practice.It make a preliminary analysis of the theory of ‘deficiency,stasis and wind-dampness’ from the aspects of theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,philology and modern medical research,and compile the CHEN Hong-yu’s academic experience in the treatment of proteinuria and hematuria to guide clinical practice.
