摘  要:车辆行驶受到路面噪声激励后,导致车辆行驶的稳定性下降。对此,建立车辆液压悬架振动模型简图,根据牛顿定律建立车辆垂直方向非线性控制方程式。采用液压驱动车辆悬架机构,推导出液压流量控制方程式。设计径向基函数(RBF)神经网络控制器,引用改进遗传算法对RBF神经网络结构进行优化和调节,给出了车辆液压悬架神经网络控制结构。采用Matlab软件对车辆性能参数进行仿真,并与优化前进行比较。结果表明:车辆液压悬架控制器优化后,轮胎行程最大值、悬架行程最大值和车身加速度最大值分别降低了52.0%,39.2%和44.2%,车辆垂直方向振动幅度较小。采用改进遗传算法优化车辆液压悬架RBF神经网络控制器,能够提高车辆行驶的稳定性和安全性,改善车辆乘坐的舒适度。After driving the road noise,the stability of the vehicle decreases.In this regard,a model of vehicle hydraulic suspension vibration model is established,and the nonlinear control equation of vehicle vertical direction is established according to Newton’s law.The hydraulic flow control equation is deduced by using the hydraulic driving vehicle suspension mechanism.The radial basis function(RBF)neural network controller is designed,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize and adjust the structure of RBF neural network,and the neural network control structure of vehicle hydraulic suspension is given.The vehicle performance parameters are simulated by Matlab software and compared with those before optimization.The results show that,after the optimization of the vehicle hydraulic suspension controller,the maximum value of the tire travel,the maximum value of the suspension travel and the maximum acceleration of the body acceleration are reduced by 52.0%,39.2%and 44.2%respectively,and the vibration amplitude in the vertical direction of the vehicle is small.The improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the RBF neural network controller of the vehicle hydraulic suspension,which can improve the stability and safety of the vehicle and improve the comfort of the vehicle.
