摘 要:《管子》四篇是战国时期稷下黄老道家的学术作品,围绕秩序这一题旨,《管子》四篇的性情、心治、形身、刑名、礼法等诸多理论问题呈现出交纵相连、声息相通的样态。在其秩序理论以尊君为内核之下,其他一切理论不自洽、逻辑不融贯也变得情有可原。这正是黄老治世精神的根本体现,即将社会纲纪的整饬寄托在以君王为主轴的政治宏轨上,并不断为尊君与强化集权造说。于此可见《管子》四篇的秩序理论包含有很深的官僚技艺以及对效率的追寻,其所设定的秩序模式皆是以君王为中心的最优选择,其行权策略也是一种较为经济的方式。从而具备了实效性与可操作性,能够较为切中政治建构之实际需要。The Four Chapters of Guanzi are the academic works of Huang-Lao Daoism in the Warring States Pe riod.On the theme of order,a great many theoretical issues such as temperament,heart cultivation,body devel opment,Hsing-ming theory,and etiquette in the Four Chapters of Guanzi are closely related and interweaved.With the respect for the monarch as the core of its theory of order,the other self-contradictory and logically inco herent theories can be understood reasonably.Such is the fundamental manifestation of the governance spirit of the Huang-Lao Daoism,making the good governance of social disciplines rely on the macro-political track with the monarch as the leading role while constantly advocating the reverence for the monarch and strengthening the centralization.In this sense,the theory of order in the Four Chapters of Guanzi contains deeply bureaucratic skills as well as the pursuit of efficiency,which sets a king-centered order mode and a relatively economic oper ating strategy.Therefore,the order is endowed with effectiveness and maneuverability,which can relatively meet the actual needs of political construction.
