摘　　要：目的:采用德尔菲法进行儿童胃肠积热评价性量表条目筛选,为儿童胃肠积热评价量表的研制奠定基础。方法:选取中医儿科、中医诊断、中医经典学专业75位专家,发放两轮半结构式网络咨询问卷,分析统计专家积极系数、专家权威系数及专家一致性系数,根据各条目专家评分算术平均数、变异系数及满分率3个指标,以界值法筛选条目。结果:两轮德尔菲法分别发放75、56份问卷,专家积极系数为93.3%、96.4%,专家权威系数分别为0.85、0.90,专家一致性系数为0.41、0.49,根据界值法删除14个条目,保留39个条目。结论:专家积极度高、具有较高权威性,最终筛选得到39个胃肠积热评价性量表条目。Objective:To screen the items of gastrointestinal heat retention syndrome(GHRS)evaluation scale to build the GHRS evaluation scale in children.Methods:Semi-structured questionnaires were distributed online twice,and seventy-five experts were enrolled,including pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),diagnostics of TCM and preclinical medicine of TCM,etc.The experts’positive coefficient,authority coefficient and consistency coefficient were calculated and analyzed,and items were selcetd by boundary value method with average,coefficient of variation and full rate.Results:Two rounds of Delphi method issued 75 and 56 questionnaires,respectively.The experts’positive coefficients were 93.3%and 96.4%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.85 and 0.90 respectively,the expert consistency coefficients were 0.41 and 0.49.Fourteen items were deleted,and 39 items were reserved according to the boundary value method.Conclusion:The experts are highly motivated and highly authoritative,and 39 items of GHRS evaluation scale for children are approved.
