摘 要:本试验对青海高原型牦牛不同月份的牦牛乳营养成分进行了测定,利用SPSS软件对其进行对比分析,结果显示:不同月份的牦牛乳成分指标均有所不同,尤其是主要营养成分脂肪、蛋白质、非脂乳固体和乳糖含量差异极显著(P<0.01)。进入冷季后,除脂肪含量外牦牛乳各营养成分均有明显的下降,尤其9月下旬营养指标下降最为明显,10月下旬各营养成分指标又有所回升。Milk composition of Qinghai Plateau-typed yak was determined in this study,and various nutrients were compared in different months by using SPSS software.The results showed that milk composition were different in different months,the main nutritional components of fat,protein,fat milk solids and lactose content was significant difference(P<0.01)in different months.After entering the cold season,the nutritional components of yak milk except the fat content decreased significantly,especially in late September,and then increased again in late October.
