摘 要:提出了并励直流电动机的自动调速系统设计方案,通过步进电机脉冲程序代替传统实验平台中电位器阻值的手动调节,实现了电动机的自动调速;推导了步进电机脉冲与直流电机转速间的关系式,通过仿真得出预期的结果;搭建系统实验平台,通过测试数据,验证了该方法的正确性。该调速系统方案为后续远程调速实验平台设计奠定了基础,同时为其他类型电机的自动调速系统设计提供了参考。An automatic speed regulation system design scheme for shunt-excited DC motors was proposed.The stepping motor pulse program was used to replace the manual adjustment of the potentiometer resistance value in the traditional experimental platform to realize the automatic speed regulation of the motor.The relationship between the pulse of stepper motor and the speed of DC motor is derived,and the expected result is obtained through simulation.A system experimental platform was established,and the correctness of the method was verified by test data.This speed control system solution lays the foundation for the subsequent design of the remote speed control experiment platform,and at the same time provides a reference for the design of automatic speed control systems for other types of motors.
