摘 要:[目的/意义]研究我国信息素养教育宏观规划,为进一步提升高校信息素养教育实践、助力高校人才培养提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献和网络调研方法,分析国内外高校信息素养教育实践和发展规划进展,提出信息素养教育宏观规划的原则要点,深入探讨新时期高校信息素养教育规划的核心体系构成。[结果/结论]新环境下我国信息素养教育发展迫切需要加强宏观规划,为高校信息素养教育进入新的阶段提供科学规范和指导建议。[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to study the planning of information literacy education and provide references for further improving the practice of information literacy education in colleges and universities in China.[Method/process]By literature review and web research,this paper analyzed the status quo of information literacy education practice in Chinese universities and the latest achievements of information literacy education planning abroad.The principles of planning of information literacy education were analyzed.The core system of information literacy education in colleges and universities in the new era is discussed in detail.[Result/conclusion]The development of information literacy education in the new environment urgently needs planning research to be strengthened,which may provide guidance and suggestions for information literacy education to enter a new stage.
