Objective To observe the effect of sacrum shaking therapy and traditional massage on primary dysmenorrhea(PD).Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,60 PD patients were divided into traditional massage group and sacrum shaking group.Three menstrual cycles were treated, and pain scores were measured four times.Serum PGF2αand PGE2 were measured. Results After treatment, the pain score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).After the first course of treatment, the effect of sacrum swaying group was better(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the later period(P>0.05).The content of PGF2αdecreased and the content of PGE2 increased in the two groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacral swaying has a fast and stable effect, and traditional massage has a slow effect, but there is no big difference between them later. The mechanism is regulating levels of PG.
