摘  要:以营养液AC的施用时期及浓度为因素,设置12个处理,通过常规袋栽方式栽培平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus),筛选营养液最佳施用时期与最佳浓度的组合,缩短培养时间,提高平菇品质。结果表明,不同时期外施营养液对平菇菌丝生长速率及产量均有促进作用,但营养液的喷施时期对菌丝生长的促进作用与对平菇子实体产量增长的促进作用之间无相关性;A2处理(拌料期施用100 mg·L^-1的营养液AC)的生物学效率(69.84%)、粗蛋白含量(22.60%)、氨基酸含量(15.98%)均高于其他处理,菌丝生长速率为6.36 mm·d^-1,相比对照增长9%。综合考虑,以A2处理对平菇进行喷施营养液处理效果最佳。Twelve treatments were set based on different fertilization periods and concentrations of nutrient solution AC(atomic carbon).The Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated by common bagging method,and the optimal fertilization periods and concentration of nutrient solution were screened to cut down the cultivation time and improve the quality of P.ostreatus.The results showed that,the fertilization period and concentration of nutrient solution both had auxo-action to the growth rate and yield of P.ostreatus mycelium,but this effective had no direct relative with the growth of P.ostreatus fruiting body.The biological efficiency(69.84%),crude protein content(22.60%),amino acid content(5.98%)of A2 treatment(100 mg·L^-1nutrient solution AC was used during mixing period)were higher than other treatments.Its mycelial growth rate was 6.36 mm·d^-1,which was 9%higher than the control.In conclusion,it was best to use A2 treatment to cultivate P.ostreatus.
