摘  要:食用菌深加工技术不仅提升了食用菌产业的市场竞争力,还促进了食用菌企业对外贸易的发展的基础上,从食用菌的深加工技术着手,分析增强食用菌企业对外贸易的影响因素,并提出有效的优化措施,以期促进食用菌企业创新发展。With the advancement of agricultural supply-side structural reforms,the transformation and upgrading of edible fungi industry is actively carrying out.Its deep processing technology and cultivation technology have been effectively improved,which has led to the high-quality large-scale expansion of edible fungi,and has become the leading agricultural industry with the most development prospects.The edible fungi deep processing technology not only improves the market competitiveness of the edible fungi industry,but also promotes the development of foreign trade of edible fungi.The edible fungi deep processing technology was studied,it analyzes the factors that enhance the foreign trade of edible fungi and proposes effective optimization measures to promote the innovative development of edible fungi enterprises.
