摘　　要：目的:了解贵州省严重精神障碍患者随访管理质量,发现管理中存在的问题,为下一步工作提供参考。方法:根据《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》(2011版)及重性精神疾病管理治疗T作规范(2012版)要求,在88个县区中用分层随机抽样方法抽取24个县(区)72个基层医疗卫生机构,再在抽中的基层医疗卫生机构中随机抽取2160例随访管理满1年的患者档案作为调查对象,主要调查《基木情况表》、《个人信息补充表》、最近1年的《随访表》及年度《体检表》是否有缺漏项和逻辑错误,用Epidata 3.0软件进行双录入,用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据清洗和统计学分析。结果:在调查的2160份严重精神障碍患者档案中,档案合格率为51.25%,城市和农村地区档案合格率分别为53.95%和49.63%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.865,χ^2=0.352),患者体检表合格率低,只有56.8%,患者个人信息补充表中专科医师意见栏只有66.95%填写完整。结论:贵州省基本公共卫生服务严重精神障碍患者随访管理项目质量较差,要提高患者的随访管理质量必须多管齐下。Objective:To explore the file quality of follow-up management of patients with severe mental disorders in Guizhou China,and find out the problems in the mdnagement so as to and provide the basis for further improvement.Methods:2160 patientsy files of follow-up records for a full year were sampled by a stratified random sampling method as the subjects of investigation among 72 grassroots medical and health institutions of 24 counties(districts)from 88 counties(districts)of Guizhou China according to Specification of National Basic Public Health Services(2011)and Treatment-management Specification of Severe Men tai Illness(2012).Questio nn aire on basic information.pers onal supplementary information,follow-up and physical examination in the last year was performed to detect the missing and logical errors.The data were input with double inputting using Epidata 3.0 and were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:Of the 2160 files of patients with severe mental disorders,the qualified rate of files was 51.25%.with 53.95%and 49.63%in urban and rural areas,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant.The qualified rate of physical examination was only 56.8%.The proportion of the complete specialists'opinions in the patients'personal information column of supplementary forms was only 66.95%.Conclusion:In order to improve the file quality of follow-up management of patients'information,it is necessary to cooperate with many departments and take multiple measures at the same time.
