摘 要:为解决包衣大豆种子因包敷成膜不均导致的种皮褶皱问题,在已研发种子包衣机基础上,改进设计双盘式种药混合装置。建立大豆种子颗粒模型和种药混合装置三维模型,运用EDEM软件对种药混合装置作单因素仿真模拟试验,完成二次回归正交旋转仿真试验和目标参数优化。加工种药混合装置核心部件并开展验证试验。仿真试验结果表明,各因素影响主次顺序为匀种盘转速、料口高度、匀种盘直径;在处理能力为1.52 t·h^-1条件下,当料口高度15 mm、匀种盘直径303 mm、匀种盘转速为293 r·min^-1时,均匀性变异系数为9.49%。验证试验结果与仿真优化结果接近。该研究为现有种子包衣机双盘式种药混合装置改进设计提供参考。In order to solve the problem of pleated soybean seed caused by uneven coating,double-disc type of seed and medicine mixing device was improved on the basis of the developed seed coating machine.The model of soybean particle and the device were established.A single factor simulation analysis was conducted using EDEM.And the orthogonal regression rotation simulation experiment was designed and the target parameters were optimized.The core part of seed and medicine mixing device was processed and verified on the test bench.The simulation test results showed that the order of importance was followed by rotational speed of seeding tray,feeding height and diameter of seeding tray.Under the condition of processing capacity of 1.52 t·h^-1,the minimum uniformity coefficient of variation was 9.49%when feeding height,diameter of seeding tray and rotational speed of seeding tray was 15 mm,303 mm and 293 r·min^-1,respectively.With the optimal parameters,the results of simulation and bench testing were mostly in agreement.The research could provide a reference for the improved design of double-disc type of seed and medicine mixing device of existing seed coating machine.
