摘　　要：刑事附带民事诉讼愈加常见,然而在这过程中除了这一制度不被重视之外,被害人的利益也总是不能完全被满足,出现各方面的问题。因此,应本着以人为本的原则,通过弥补法律法规、制定新的制度等方法来完善刑事附带民事诉讼制度。Criminal incidental civil action is more and more common,but in the process of this system is not paid attention to,the interests of victims are always not fully satisfied,there are various problems.Therefore,in line with the principle of people-oriented,we should improve the criminal incidental civil procedure system by making up for the laws and regulations and formulating new systems.
