摘　　要：有中国特色社会主义的文艺是新时代的中国文艺,其本质就是人民的文艺。习近平新时代人民主体性的文艺本质观的基本观点是:人民需要文艺,真正从人民的需要出发,文艺才能发挥最大正能量;把人民作为文艺表现的主体,把人民作为文艺审美的鉴赏家和评判者,人民是文艺工作者的母亲,坚持以人民为中心的创作导向,把为人民服务作为文艺工作者的天职。The Chinese socialist Literature and art with Chinese characteristics is the people’s literature and art in essence in the new age. The basic views on Chinese literature and art in the new time of Xi Jinping are that people need literature and art. It starts from the need of the people that the literature and art can display the positive energy on large scale. Taking the people as the main body of literature and art and the connoisseur and judger, people are the mothers of the workers of literature and art. It is on the creation direction of taking people as the centre. To serve the people is the main mission of the literature workers.
