摘 要:新工业革命背景下,个人团队合作能力强调心灵共享、知识共享和思维共享,它包含做人的能力和协同做事的能力这两个层面。推进大学生合作能力培养,是大学功能的内在要求,不仅能够有效提高个人的社会存在性和助力个人发展,更能为国家复兴提供巨大的内生力量。目前,我国大学教育还存在一些显著的问题,比如,教育理念滞后、科研与教学失衡、学生性格的个人主义化和功利化、课程教学方法和考核方式的不合理,等等,这些问题对大学生合作能力培养产生了明显的制约。为此,需要采取相应的解决措施。In the context of the new industrial revolution, the individual’s team-based ability to cooperate emphasizes the sharing of hearts, knowledge, and minds, and includes the following two aspects: the ability to deal with interpersonal relationships and the ability to do things together. Promoting the development of university students’ cooperative ability is an inherent requirement of the university’s functions, which can not only effectively improve the individual social existence and promote personal development, but also provide great endogenous power for national rejuvenation. At present, there are still some obvious problems in China’s university education, such as lagging educational concept, imbalance between scientific research and teaching, individualism and utilitarianism of students’ character, unreasonable course teaching methods and assessment methods, etc. These problems have obviously restricted the development of university students’ cooperative ability. To this end, corresponding measures need to be taken.
