摘  要:公益创业者素质对公益创业能否成功起决定性作用。基于公益创业发展、公益创业教育、公益创业者素质的国内外研究成果,结合扎根理论,运用素质洋葱模型,通过对719份调查问卷进行因子分析,构建了结构合理的大学生公益创业者素质模型。该模型由公益人格、创新素质和创业素质等3大素质维度构成,包含公益品质、动机观念、创新意识、创新人格、创新实践、创业认知、团队管理、经营发展、创业特质等9项素质,系统地总结了公益创业者的素质特征。The quality of social entrepreneurs plays a decisive role in the success of social entrepreneurship organizations. Based on the domestic and foreign research achievements of social entrepreneurship development, social entrepreneurship education, social entrepreneur quality, combined with grounded theory, and exploiting the onion model of quality, this study, by undertaking factor analysis of 719 questionnaires, constructs a well-structured quality model for college students as social entrepreneurs. The model is composed of three quality dimensions, namely public welfare personality, innovation quality and entrepreneurship quality, and consists of 9 qualities: public welfare quality, motivation concept, innovation consciousness, innovation personality, innovation practice, entrepreneurial cognition, team management, business development and entrepreneurial characteristics. Overall, it is a systematic summary of the of social entrepreneurs’ quality characteristics.
