摘 要:法学教育以培养高素质法治人才,为推进新时代法治中国建设提供智力保障为目标。然而近几年来,法科生的就业率偏低,部分高校法学毕业生陷入了就业难的困境,这是社会人才需求与法学教育失衡所致。一方面,社会需要的是理论与实践能力兼备、具有创新精神的复合型法律人才;另一方面,我国目前法学教育培养的人才无法与之相匹配。解决二者失衡问题需要创新法学教育方法,运用以学生为中心、职业价值为导向、教学实效为反馈的体验式教学法,通过模拟真实案例、参与法律实践等方式,破解目前法学教育的困境,实现社会需求与法学教育的有机对接。The aim of education of law is to cultivate high-quality legal talents,hence providing intellectual support for the construction of rule by law in China in the new era.However,in recent years,the employment rate of students in law has been relatively low,and college graduates in law have fallen into difficulty in job-hunting,which is mainly caused by the imbalance between the demand of social talents and education of law.On the one hand,what the society needs is compound talents in law with both theoretical and practical abilities as well as innovative spirit.On the other hand,talents in law cultivated in our country at present cannot go with the need.To solve the problem of the imbalance between them,it is imperative to innovate the method of law education.The student-centered,career-value-oriented and result-oriented experiential teaching method can be used to solve the current legal education dilemma by simulating real cases and participating in legal practice,so as to realize the organic connection between social needs and education of law.
