摘　　要：以青岛市初中毕业生学业水平考试成绩报告单为例,介绍了在区域大规模教育考试中,通过构建诊断性测评框架,开发面向考生的诊断性分数报告的方法。该分数报告以教育测评理论与实践为基础,由整体报告和学科报告组成,以雷达图和描述性评价等方式评价考生在综合能力与素养、学科各知识领域与能力层级的表现,直观易读。实践表明,在大规模教育考试中研发并合理运用分数报告,可以进一步提升考试分数的可解释性,更好地发挥大规模教育考试的评价、诊断和反馈功能。This paper introduces the method of developing diagnostic score report for candidates in regional large-scale examination by constructing a diagnostic evaluation framework.Based on the theory and practice of educational measurement and evaluation,the diagnostic score report evaluates the performance of candidates in the comprehensive competencies,various knowledge fields and ability levels of the subject by means of radar chart and descriptive evaluation,which is intuitive and easy to read.Practice shows that the development and rational use of score report in large-scale examination can further improve the interpretability of test scores,and better play the diagnosis,feedback and guidance functions of the examination.
