草木犀流浸液片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察草木犀流浸液片对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2019年3月-2019年10月收治的72例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予复方血栓通胶囊和复合维生素B片口服,治疗组给予上述药物联合草木犀流浸液片口服,两组均连续治疗1个月。测量和比较两组患者基线值和随访治疗后1、3个月的临床数据,包括最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、黄斑中心凹厚度(central macular thickness,CMT)和黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚(subfoveal choroidal thickness,SFCT)。结果:治疗组与对照组间BCVA、CMT、SFCT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同时间BCVA、CMT、SFCT的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);BCVA、CMT、SFCT与时间均存在交互效应(P<0.01)。结论:草木犀流浸液片能进一步提高CSC患者的药物治疗效果。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Melilotus extract tablet for central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods:72 patients in our hospital diagnosed as CSC from March 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group(n=36).The control group received Fufang XueShuanTong and vitamin B complex,observation group was additionally given Melilotus extract tablet,for one months,on the basis of control group.The baseline and 1 or 3mo follow-up data for the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT)and subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)were collected and compared between the two groups.Results:BCVA,CMT and SFCT of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.01).BCVA,CMT and SFCT of the baseline and 1 or 3mo follow-up were statistically significant(P<0.01).BCVA,CMT and SFCT had interaction effect with time(P<0.01).Conclusions:Melilotus extract tablet can improve the clinical efficacy of CSC patients received medication.
