摘  要:文章简介了平菇菌渣肥生产技术,并对平菇菌渣肥养分含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,对平菇菌渣进行堆肥发酵处理生产的菌渣肥,养分含量丰富,可作为有机肥施用。平菇菌渣肥不仅可以获得良好的经济效益,而且可以有效减少环境污染,获得较大的社会效益。In this paper,from the aspects of bag removal,crushing,drying,proportioning,fermentation and drying reserve,the production process of Pleurotus ostreatus residue fertilizer was introduced;and nutrients of mushroom residue and residue fertilizer were determined.The results showed that it is feasible to recycle and produce Pleurotus ostreatus residue fertilizer by composting the Pleurotus ostreatus residue,which not only had high nutrient content,but also could be organic fertilizer.The Pleurotus ostreatus residue fertilizer not only saved natural resources and reduced environmental pollution,but also maintained the sustainable development of ecology and economy.
