摘 要:乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,威胁着人民的生活健康安全。目前关于乳腺癌的发病机制尚未明了,其诱发可能与环境接触、家族遗传、激素长期使用等因素有关。研究表明有机氯化合物作为环境内分泌干扰物可能会增加乳腺癌的发病率。基于国内外研究,对有机氯化合物农药残留与女性乳腺癌发病关系的研究进行归纳,为以后有机氯化合物与乳腺癌发病关系的研究提供理论支持。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women all over the world,which threatens the health and safety of people’s lives.At present,the pathogenesis of breast cancer is not clear,which may be related to environmental exposure,family inheritance,long-term hormone use and other factors.Studies have shown that organochlorine compounds,as environmental endocrine disruptors,may have a positive effect on the incidence of breast cancer.Based on domestic and foreign studies,this paper summarized the studies on the relationship between organochlorine pesticide residues and the incidence of breast cancer in women,so as to provide theory support for future studies on the relationship between organochlorine compounds and the incidence of breast cancer.
