摘　　要：睾丸核蛋白中线癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,多位于上段气管、纵隔中线及旁中线区,而发生于鼻腔鼻窦的睾丸核蛋白中线癌影像表现报道罕见。通过回顾1例经病理诊断证实的鼻腔鼻窦睾丸核蛋白中线癌患者的临床资料、影像学及病理学资料,总结其CT、磁共振表现,从而提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。Nuclear protein of the testis midline carcinoma(NMC)is a rare malignant tumor that is mostly located in the upper trachea,mediastinal midline,and paravertebral midline,and few literature has described the imaging features of NMC in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.In this article we summarize the clinical,radiologic,and pathologic data of one case of pathologically confirmed NMC in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus by focusing on its CT and magnetic resonance imaging features.
