双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗对结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助二甲双胍治疗对结直肠癌合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法记录和分析23例服用二甲双胍治疗二型糖尿病合并结直肠癌的患者糖尿病相关临床指标的变化。对照组11例为接受二甲双胍治疗的患者,观察组12例在接受二甲双胍治疗的同时接受双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗。将两组患者治疗前后血糖和胰岛素抵抗相关指标进行对比。结果观察组餐后2 h血糖值和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P=0.042和P=0.045),空腹胰岛素和胰岛素抵抗系数也显著低于对照组(P=0.039和P=0.024)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗对降低二型糖尿病患者血糖水平的效果优于二甲双胍单独治疗,双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗对改善胰岛素抵抗有一定的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bifidobacteria triple viable capsule with metformin in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with type 2 diabetes in terms of blood glucose control and insulin resistance.Me thods We recorded and analyzed the changes of diabetes-related clinical indicators in 23 patients with type 2 diabetes and colorectal cancer treated with metformin.In the control group, 11 patients were treated with metformin. In the observation group,12 patients were treated with metformin combiend with bifidobacteria triple live bacteria capsule.Blood glucose and insulin resistance were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Re s ults The 2-h postprandial blood glucose and hba1 c levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P = 0.042 & P = 0.045), and the fasting insulin and insulin resistance coefficients were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P = 0.039 & P =0.024). Conclus ion The efficacy of bifidobacteria triple live bacteria capsule combined with metformin in reducing blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes is better than that of metformin alone. Bifidobacteria triple live bacteria capsule adjuvant therapy has certain effects on improving insulin resistance.
