摘 要:以文献系统评价方法探讨资产建设为本的儿童账户制度对儿童多元发展的影响效应。研究表明儿童账户制度对儿童发展有三方面的积极效应。首先,儿童账户制度的建立能够促进儿童社会情感的发展,降低无助感,提高儿童自信心,促进亲子之间的良性互动;其次,儿童账户制度有助于降低儿童辍学率并提升儿童教育期待、学业表现、儿童获得高教育成就的信心,增加未来接受高等教育的机会;最后,儿童账户制度对提高儿童未来规划的能力,缓解物质困难等方面也有积极影响。This paper discusses the impact of children's account system based on asset construction on children's diversified development by means of literature systematic evaluation.The result shows that the child account system has three positive effects on child development:first of all,the establishment of children's account system can promote the development of children's social emotions,reduce the sense of helplessness,improve children's self-confidence,and promote the positive interaction between parents and children;secondly,the children's account system helps reduce the drop-out rate of children and increases the confidence of children in education that they expect to achieve high educational achievement,increasing their chances of receiving higher education in the future;finally,the children's account system also has a positive impact on improving children's ability to plan for the future and alleviating material difficulties.
