摘　　要：2019年12月初开始于武汉的新型冠状病毒肺炎传染力强、致病率高、影响范围广,全国各地相继迅速启动紧急防控措施。新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间,全民防疫为主,眼科疾病诊疗部分受限。眼外伤是眼科常见眼科急症,可导致不可逆转的视力丧失,甚至眼球摘除。眼外伤的急诊救治效果与患者的视力预后密切相关,需伤后短时间内做出正确诊断和及时处理。因此,新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间如何能够安全完成眼外伤急诊的手术处理值得探讨。本文根据2020年1月24日天津市启动重大公共卫生事件一级防控响应以来,我科多例急诊眼外伤的处理流程,就疫情防控期间的眼外伤手术防控管理作一述评,以期为眼科同行在新型冠状病毒肺炎时期安全处理急诊眼外伤提供参考。The COVID-19 firstly found in Wuhan,China in early December 2019 is highly contagious,pathogenic and world-spread.The thorough emergency prevention and control measures have been rapidly initiated throughout the country.During the prevention and control of COVID-19,the diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases was limited due to all medical workers taking public prevention as main task.However,ocular trauma is one of the most common ophthalmology emergency,which leads to irreversible monocular vision loss,and even eye enucleation.The effect of timely diagnosis and treatment on injured eye is closely related to patient's visual prognosis.So it is worth discussing how to safely and efficiently complete management of emergency ocular trauma during the prevention and control of COVID-19.In this paper,we summarize the emergency management of ocular trauma in the outbreak of COVID-19 based on several cases admitted to our Department since January 24,2020 when the first-level prevention and control response of major public health events was initiated in Tianjin,with a view to providing reference for ophthalmologists to perform surgery on patient with ocular trauma safely.
