核医学基地如何做好轮转学员规培教学工作的实践与体会

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,对提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全意义重大。住院医师规规范化培训要求各专业基地学员在掌握本专业知识基础上要到相关科室进行轮转学习,核医学专业基地要承担大量的放射科和超声科等影像科室轮转学员的带教工作,这部分工作甚至超过了对核医学本专业规培学员的教学工作量。这篇文章作者结合本单位的实际工作经验,就如何做好这方面教学工作进行了总结和分析,包括从思想上提高规培指导教师和轮转学员对轮转规培教学工作的重视程度、建立完善的培训制度、针对性制定具体的教学计划以及持续优化教学方法等,阐述了个人的一些体会,同时也强调了做好轮转学员带教工作对轮转学员及核医学学科本身发展的意义。Standardized training of residents is an important part of postgraduate education for medical students, and it is of great significance to improve medical quality and ensure medical safety. The standardized training of resident physicians requires that students from various professional bases should take turns to study in relevant departments on the basis of mastering their professional knowledge. The nuclear medicine professional base must undertake a large number of teaching tasks for rotating students in imaging departments such as radiology and ultrasound. This part of the work even exceeds the teaching workload of training students in the nuclear medicine specialty. The author of this article summarizes and analyzes how to do a good job in teaching in this field in combination with the actual work experience of the unit, including ideologically increasing the importance of the training instructors and trainees on the training of trainees, establishing a sound training system, developing specific teaching plans, and continuous optimization of teaching methods. The author elaborated some personal experiences, and also emphasized the significance of doing a good job of teaching rotation students to the development of the rotation students and nuclear medicine itself.
