综掘机液压张紧装置的改进研究

摘　　要：针对综掘机原采用的液压张紧装置存在张紧过程繁琐、设备损耗量大以及张紧作业耗时长等问题,对液压张紧装置进行改进。采用供液油管及截止阀将供液管路直接与张紧油缸相连接,摒弃原液压张紧装置中的溢流阀、梭阀、节流阀等阀组以及特殊油管,从而使得综掘机张紧过程变得更为简单、便捷,从根本上减少液压张紧装置出现故障的可能性,并降低作业人员维修强度及维修费用。In view of the problems of cumbersome tensioning process, large equipment wastage and long time-consuming tensioning operation, the hydraulic tensioning device is improved. The hydraulic tensioning device is directly connected with the tensioning cylinder by using the supplying and cut-off valves, and the relief valves, shuttle valves, throttle valves and other valves and special tubing are discarded, which makes the tensioning process of the fully mechanized excavator more simple and convenient.
