摘  要:采用超高效液相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱同时检测火锅底料中3种喹噁啉药物,样品经过乙腈-乙酸乙酯提取后,以乙腈-0.2%甲酸作为流动相,采用多反应检测正离子模式进行定性及定量分析。结果表明,3种喹噁啉类药物的线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,不同浓度的平均加标回收率在66.5%~84.4%,平均相对标准偏差为6.8%~9.2%,该方法适用于火锅底料中3种喹噁啉类药物残留的检测。UPLC-MS/MS was used to simultaneously detect three quinoxaline drugs in the hotpot seasoning. After the sample was extracted by acetonitrile ethyl acetate, acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid water was used as the mobile phase, and the multi reaction detection positive ion mode was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that the linear relationship of the three quinoxaline drugs is good, the correlation coefficient is above 0.999, the average recovery of different concentration is 66.5%~84.4%, and the average relative standard deviation is 6.8%~9.2%. This method is suitable for the detection of residual pollution in hotpot seasoning.
