摘 要:为更快更有效地提升青年教师的教学能力,东南大学进行了督导团队和教师深度交互模式的研究,针对基础层次、良好层次和优秀层次的青年教师,以长期听课—交流—指导的流程,在教学素质、教学准备和教学技术三方面,帮助教师提升教学能力,通过两年多的实践,收到了良好的效果。In order to improve the teaching ability of young teachers more quickly and effectively,Southeast University has studied the mode of deep interaction between supervision team and teachers.Aiming at the basic level,good level and excellent level,the process of long-term listening,communication and guidance has helped teachers to improve their teaching ability in three aspects:teaching quality,teaching preparation and teaching technology,through more than two years of practice,good results have been obtained.
