摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,偏重于核算的会计人才不能适应企业需求。文章首先分析了决策型会计人才的社会需求和供给现状,再以防灾科技学院为例,进行SWOT分析,再运用价值链分析工具,分析决策型会计人才培养的基础活动和支持性活动,并总结提出了相应的培养路径。With the development of information technology.Personnel training with emphasis on accounting can not meet the needs of enterprises.Firstly,analysed the situation between social demand and supply of decision-making accounting talents.Then took SWOT analysis Institute of Disaster Prevention and value chain analysis tools.analysed the basic activities and supporting activities of training decision-making accounting talents.At the same time,put forward to the corresponde cultivation paths.
