摘  要:可靠性预计技术是可靠性试验中的一项重要的试验手段,在产品的设计阶段开展产品的可靠性预计工作,根据可靠性预计的结果提前发现薄弱环节,可以有效地降低研发成本和时间。该文简要介绍了元器件计数法、元器件力分析法可靠性预计技术,以某通讯终端产品为例详细介绍了元器件计数法可靠性预计过程,为工程技术人员开展其它产品的可靠性预计工作提供科学的参考依据。Reliability prediction technology is an important means of reliability test.It can effectively reduce the cost and time of research and development by carrying out reliability prediction work in the design stage of products and finding weak links in advance according to the results of reliability prediction.This paper briefly introduces the reliability prediction technology of component counting method and component force analysis method.Taking a communication terminal product as an example,the reliability prediction process of component counting method is introduced in detail,which provides a scientific reference for engineers and technicians to carry out reliability prediction of other products.
