摘　　要：目的对比不同冲洗液用于超声根管预备的抗菌效果。方法选择2017年2月~2018年8月期间在本院进行根管治疗的80例慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,根据超声根管预的冲洗液类型分为17%EDTA组(20例,20颗患牙)、1%次氯酸钠组(20例,20颗患牙)和17%EDTA+1%次氯酸钠组(20例,20颗患牙)和对照(生理盐水)组(20例,20颗患牙)。对比四组超声根管预备后抗菌效果。结果根管预备后:四组患牙厌氧菌落计数均显著降低(P<0.05),17%EDTA组和1%次氯酸钠组患牙厌氧菌落计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);17%EDTA+1%次氯酸钠组、17%EDTA组和1%次氯酸钠组患牙厌氧菌落计数均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);17%EDTA+1%次氯酸钠组患牙厌氧菌落计数均显著低于17%EDTA组和1%次氯酸钠组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声根管预备中采用17%EDTA+1%次氯酸钠作为冲洗液,可获得较好的抗菌效果,临床应用效果可靠。Objective Comparison of antibacterial effects of different irrigation solutions in ultrasonic root canal preparation.Methods 80 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the type of ultrasonic root canal pre rinse solution,they were divided into 17%EDTA group(20 cases,20 teeth),1%sodium hypochlorite group(20 teeth,20 teeth),17%EDTA+1%sodium hypochlorite group(20 teeth,20 teeth)and control group(20 teeth,20 teeth)according to the type of ultrasonic root canal pre rinse solution)The antibacterial effect of four groups after ultrasonic root canal preparation was compared.Result After root canal preparation:the anaerobe colony count of teeth in the four groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 17%EDTA group and the 1%sodium hypochlorite group(P>0.05);the anaerobe colony count of teeth in the 17%EDTA+1%sodium hypochlorite group,17%EDTA group and 1%sodium hypochlorite group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);17%EDTA+The anaerobic colony count of 1%sodium hypochlorite group was significantly lower than that of 17%EDTA group and 1%sodium hypochlorite group(P<0.05).Conclusion In ultrasonic root canal preparation,17%EDTA or 1%sodium hypochlorite was used as the washing liquid,which can obtain better antibacterial effect and reliable clinical application effect.
