摘　　要：针对掘进机截割部行星减速器体积偏大的问题,在分析掘进机行星减速器理论的基础上,基于MATLAB软件搭建齿轮参数优化的目标函数和约束条件,实现了对齿轮模数、齿厚以及齿数参数的优化,并对优化后齿轮的强度进行了校核,确保其强度满足要求.In view of the problem that the planetary reducer of the cutting part of the roadheader has a large volume,based on the analysis of the theory of the planetary reducer of the roadheader, the objective function and constraints of the optimization of gear parameters are built based on the MATLAB software, the optimization of gear modulus, tooth thickness and tooth number parameters is realized, and the strength of the optimized gear is checked to ensure that its strength meets the requirements.
