“双一流”建设背景下我国医药类高校ESI潜力学科识别及预测方法实践

摘　　要：在我国全面开展“双一流”建设的背景下,充分利用ESI和InCites数据库对我国高校学科进行定量评估和发展预测,相关结果对推动学科建设具有重要指导意义。对我国28所医药类院校进行ESI潜力学科的识别,通过InCites数据库模拟检索ESI总被引频次和筛选最优拟合回归曲线,对潜力学科入围ESI排名的时间进行预测。28所高校中17所高校共被识别出24个潜力学科,其中23个潜力学科预计在2027年3月之前陆续进入ESI排名。研究得到的潜力学科预测入围时间以及预测方法,可为各高校把握学科国际地位以及进行学科规划方案调整提供参考,有利于促进我国高校更多学科更快地入围ESI排名,以推动我国“双一流”建设的进程。Under the background of China's“double first-class”construction,the ESI and InCites databases are fully utilized to conduct quantitative evaluation and development prediction of disciplines inuniversities,relevant results of which have important guiding significance for facilitatingdiscipline construction.This study is aimed at the identification of ESI-covered potential disciplines in 28 medical universities in China,and the prediction of time for potential disciplines to be ESI rankedthrough simulation retrieval of ESI-covered citesin InCites and screening of optimal fitting regression curve.A total of 24 potential disciplines have been identified in 17 out of the 28 universities,23of which are expected to enter the ESI ranking successively before March 2027.The resultsand methods of identification and prediction of potentialdisciplines in this study can provide reference for universitiesto grasp the international status of disciplines and adjust the discipline planning scheme,which is conducive to the acceleration of moredisciplines in China's universities being listed in ESI ranking,so as to promote China's“doublefirst-class”construction.
