摘　　要：为解决城市生活垃圾污染问题,居民垃圾分类的心理因素和干预措施受到了学者的广泛关注。社会规范干预作为简单、易于实施的心理干预手段,可有效规避经济和政策刺激的缺陷,激发个体环保的内部动机,从行为层面对居民垃圾分类行为产生影响。本文从社会规范视角对城市居民垃圾分类实施干预的可能性进行了阐释,分析了社会规范干预对个体垃圾分类态度与行为改变的可行性和有效性,并在此基础上提出了针对性的规范信息干预策略。未来可进一步探索社会规范对垃圾分类行为影响的作用机制,制定差异化社会规范信息,以及结合经济刺激的规范信息反馈,尝试寓教于乐的社会规范环保教育以及开展社会规范影响的跨文化比较研究。To solve the problem of municipal solid waste(MSW)pollution,scholars have paid much attention to the psychological factors and intervention measures of MSW sorting.As a simple and easy-to-implement psychological intervention method,social norm intervention can not only avoid the shortcomings of economic and policy incentives effectively,but stimulate the internal motivation of individual environmental protection.From the perspective of social norm,this paper explains the possibility of intervention in urban residents waste sorting.Several normative information intervention strategies are put forward based on the analyze of the feasibility and effectiveness of social norm intervention in changing individual's waste sorting attitudes and behaviors.Future studies should explore the mechanism of the influence of social norm on waste sorting,formulate differentiated information of social norm,normative information feedback intervention combined with economic stimulus,try to integrate social norm in environmental protection education,and carry out cross-cultural comparative study on the impact of social norm.
