摘　　要：近年来,随着肺结节被大量检测出,逐渐成为胸外科的工作重心。手术切除的肺结节中,相当一部分是良性肺结节。部分良性结节影像学表现类似恶性,易被误诊。该文概述了良性肺结节的种类、影像、病理等临床特点,旨在促进对良性肺结节的认识。In recent years,pulmonary nodules emerge in large numbers and gradually become the focus of thoracic surgery.A significant proportion of surgically removed lung nodules are benign pulmonary nodules.The imaging manifestations of some benign nodules are similar to those of malignant ones,which are easy to be misdiagnosed.This article outlines the clinical characteristics of benign pulmonary nodules,including imaging,pathology,and other aspects,with the aim of promoting awareness of benign pulmonary nodules.
