摘　　要：高校"三风"指的是"辅导员作风""学风""考风","一室"指的是学生寝室。在高校学生思想政治教育工作中,学生寝室建设是基础,学风建设、考风建设是重点,辅导员队伍建设是促进以上工作高效开展的重要保障之一。学风建设是高校实现人才培养功能的基础,是提高人才培养质量的灵魂,是高校"三风一室"建设的核心工作。"Three styles" refers to "instructors’ working style", "learning style" and "examination style";"one room" refers to students’ dormitory culture.In the ideological and political education of college students,the construction of students’ dormitory culture is the foundation,the construction of learning style and examination style is the key point,and the instructor team construction is one of the important guarantees to promote the above work in an efficient way.The construction of learning style is the basis for realizing the function of talent training in colleges and universities,is the soul of improving the quality of talent training,and is the core work of "three styles and one room" construction in colleges and universities.
