摘　　要：毕业实习是本科医学教育的关键环节,实习质量的高低直接影响到医学人才培养质量。医学院校学生的毕业实习分布在各临床教学基地,因临床教学基地教学能力存在较大差异,文章就如何缩小临床教学基地教学水平差异,对实现不同临床教学基地同质化实习质量进行研究。Graduation field work is a key part of undergraduate medical education,and the quality of field work directly affects the quality of medical personnel training.The graduation field work of medical students is distributed in each clinical teaching base.Because of the great differences in teaching abilities of clinical teaching bases,this paper studies how to reduce teaching level gaps between clinical teaching bases and realize the homogenization of field work quality of different clinical teaching bases.
