摘　　要：实施“卓越计划”是我国中长期工程教育改革的关键一步,是全面提高工程教育人才培养质量的重要手段。培养引领未来技术和产业发展的人才已成为中国高等教育界、工业领域及国际社会关注的热点。The implementation of the"excellent plan"is a key step in the medium and long term engineering education reform in China and an important means to improve the training quality of engineering education personnel.Cultivating talents to lead the future development of technology and industry has become a hot spot in Chinese higher education,industry and the international community.
