摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上,结合行业院校特点以及研究生培养现状,对研究生培养质量影响因素进行深入探讨与分析,得出影响行业院校研究生培养质量的主要因素,据此提出了提升改进策略,为提升行业院校研究生的培养质量提供借鉴。Based on previous studies,combining with the characteristics of professional institutions and the status quo of graduate education,this paper explores the influence factors of the quality of graduate education.According to the main factors affecting the quality of graduate education,the strategies for promotion and modification are put forward,which can provide reference for improving the training quality of graduate students in professional colleges and universities.
