摘　　要：BIM的快速发展需要大量专业人才。高校作为新型人才的培养基地,应为建筑业市场提供充足的BIM人力资源。兰州交通大学环境与市政工程学院在BIM课程体系建设、师资培养和学生课程教学及实践方面的实践与探讨,为高校BIM人才培养提供了参考和借鉴。The rapid development of BIM requires a large number of professionals.As training bases for new talents,colleges and universities should provide sufficient BIM human resources for the construction industry market.This article takes the application of BIM technology in the School of Environmental and Municipal Engineering of Lanzhou Jiaotong University as an example to explore the construction of BIM curriculum system,teacher training,and the teaching and practice of student courses,which provides a reference for the training of BIM talents in colleges and universities.
