摘  要:探讨CBL结合视频教学法对本科生麻醉临床见习的影响。选取2015级麻醉专业2个班级各30人,一班实施传统的讲授式教学模式,二班实施CBL结合视频教学模式。对两组学生的麻醉临床见习效果进行分析比较,结果显示,与传统教学模式组相比,CBL结合视频教学组教学效果显著提高。在麻醉见习教学中应用CBL结合视频教学法,不仅能激发学生的学习兴趣,更能充分调动学生的积极性,提高学习效果,因此CBL结合视频教学模式在本科生临床麻醉带教中值得推广应用。This article explores the influence of CBL combined with videos in Anesthesia Clinical Probationary teaching for undergraduates.A total of 60 students from two classes of anesthesia major of 2015 were selected,with 30 students from each class.The traditional teaching mode was implemented in one class,and CBL combined with video was implemented in the other one.The clinical effects of anesthesia on students in two groups were compared.Results show that compared with the traditional teaching model group,the teaching effect of CBL-video group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The study concludes that CBL combined with video in anesthesia probationary teaching not only stimulates the learning interest of undergraduates,but also fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of undergraduates and improves the learning effect.Therefore,CBL combined with video is worthy of popularization and application in clinical anesthesia teaching.
