摘　　要：临床前期糖尿病视网膜病变(pre-clinical stage of diabetic retinopathy,PCDR)是指已经出现了视网膜功能下降而尚未出现可见眼底改变的疾病阶段。本文回顾了近年来对PCDR的研究进展,通过比较眼科临床参数、病理改变及其部分全身指标,总结了三者之间的关系,从而有助于PCDR的诊断与病情进展监测。Pre-clinical stage of diabetic retinopathy(PCDR)refers to the stage of disease in which the retinal function has declined,but no visible changes in the fundus have been observed in this disease.This paper reviews the research progress of PCDR in recent years.By comparing the clinical parameters of ophthalmology,pathological changes and some biochemical indexes,this paper summarizes the relationship among the three,and is helpful for the diagnosis and monitoring of PCDR progress.
