摘　　要：以资源基础理论和创业理论为依据,研究手段导向型创业资源整合和目标导向型创业资源整合对公司创业的直接影响,并进一步探讨创新能力的中介作用和创业学习的调节作用。同时,结合结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),对256个开展公司创业活动的在位高技术企业样本数据进行分析,从而更有效地得出变量间统计关系和集合关系。研究发现:创业资源整合通过创新能力正向影响公司创业;创业学习正向调节创业资源整合与创新能力间的关系;通过模糊集定性比较分析得出3个引发高公司创业活动的前因条件组合构型。Based on resource-based theory and entrepreneurship theory,this paper explores the direct impact of effectual and causational entrepreneurial resource integrationon corporate entrepreneurship,the mediating effects of innovation capability and the moderating effect of entrepreneurial learning.and proposes a moderated intermediary effect model.At the same time,structural equation model(SEM)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)are used to analyze the sample data of 256 incumbent enterprises which carry out corporate entrepreneurship activities,so as to obtain the statistical relationship and set relationship among variables more effectively.The results show that:effectual entrepreneurial resource integration positively affects corporate entrepreneurship through innovation capability;entrepreneurial learning positively regulates the relationship between effectual entrepreneurial resource integration and innovation capability;and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis obtains three types of antecedent configurations that trigger high corporate entrepreneurial activities.
