摘  要:目的:通过对我院三台不同品牌型号的曲面体层机体层域宽度进行测试分析,找出以上机型体层域及其影像关系的基本规律,为曲面体层机购置和临床操作使用及图像的正确解读提供理论依据。材料和方法:采用蜡板、铅字标志制作体层域测量模板组合模块,分别置于三台不同品牌型号(Kodak CS9000、Sirona Orthophos XG、Planmeca ProMax)的曲面体层机上,对所获取的影像进行对比分析。结果:三种曲面体层机切牙区体层域厚度分别约为10mm、20mm、17mm;尖牙区体层域厚度分别约为20mm、40mm、40mm;磨牙区体层域厚度分别约为50mm、80mm、90mm。三台不同型号的三组三个对称区域体层域厚度的平均值为前牙区15.6mm、尖牙区33.3mm、磨牙区73.3mm。结论:1、不同品牌及型号的曲面体层机体层域厚度不尽相同;2、同一曲面体层机前后不同部位体层域厚度不同,前牙区最薄,向远中至磨牙区逐渐变厚;3、体层域厚度越薄的曲面体层机,获取目标结构影像越清晰,但摆位操作难度增大。反之体层域厚的曲面体层机,投照摆位容易掌握,但目标影像相对模糊;4、曲面体层影像形变遵循物影与光源距离呈近大远小的规律:近探测器侧物像以横向变小形式存在,且不会消失;近光源侧物像会以放大的形式渐变消失;5、曲面体层机体层域厚度在同一张影像上具有放大和缩小解剖结构的双重性;6、三台不同品牌的曲面体层机体层域厚度的平均值基本可以反映目前不同品牌型号的曲面体层机体层域厚度:切牙区约15.6mm、尖牙区33.3mm、磨牙区73.3mm。Objective:To test and analyse the focal troughs of the three panoramic machines produced by different manufacturers in our hospital,in order to provide some theoretical guidance for future purchasing the panoramic dental X-ray machine,for accurate positioning of the patients and the correct interpretation of the image.Methods:Focal trough test plates made of wax plate and lead number were placed on the existing three panoramic machines in our hospital(Kodak CS9000,Sirona Orthophos XG,Planmeca ProMax)to perform panoramic scan,and the acquired images were compared and analyzed.Results:The width of the three machines’focal trough is approximately 10mm、20mm、17mm in the anterior region,20mm、40mm、40mm in the canine region,and 50mm、80mm、90mm in the posterior region.The average width of the three different machines’focal through is 15.6mm in the anterior region,33.3mm in the canine region,73.3mm in the posterior region.Conclusion:1.The width of focal trough vary in different brands of panoramic machines.2.The posterior region of the focal trough was wider than the anterior region in each panoramic dental X-ray machine.3.The narrower the focal trough of the panoramic machine was,the more sharpness the image was and the more difficult it was to operate the machine.4.The deformation of the panoramic image follows the law that the shadow is large if the object is close to the light source,and vice versa.Specifically,near detector side object image exists in a laterally smaller form and does not disappear,the near-focus side object image will fade away in an enlarge form.5.The focal trough of the panoramic dental X-ray machine has the duality of magnifying and reducing the anatomical structure on the same image.6.The average width of the three different brands’focal trough can generally represent different brands’panoramic dental X-ray machine currently available on the market:about 15.6mm in the anterior region,33.3mm in the canine region,73.3mm in the posterior region.
