摘　　要：牙槽骨严重吸收者的全口义齿修复难度较大。种植体支持覆盖义齿的固位和稳定明显优于传统义齿。该技术在颌骨中植入2-4颗种植体,以各种类型附着体辅助固位,进而行覆盖义齿修复,已获得很高的成功率和患者满意度。其应用可行性不断得以证实,但有关种植体和附着体临床应用的若干细节问题需进一步研究和讨论。目前,该技术在牙槽骨严重吸收的无牙颌义齿修复中应用前景良好,但尚需长期随访观察。The severe atrophy of the jaws is a big challenging therapeutic problem.The implant supported overdenture could improve the retention and stability of the traditional complete denture to a large extent.The technique typically uses 2-4 implants in mandible and maxilla,and with the help of kinds of attachments,to support a overdenture.The treatment procedure has gained high success rate and good patient satisfaction.Its feasibility has been verified by many researchers,but the detail regarding implant placement,mode of attachment to be selected should be studied further.Overall,it might be a preferable choice in the restoration of severe atrophy edentulous jaws with a longer study.
