摘 要:目的:肌功能训练矫治器(MRC)矫治替牙期安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形疗效分析。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月在笔者医院就诊的82例安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患儿,均采用MRC进行治疗。比较治疗前后患儿头影测量结果及前牙覆[牙合]覆盖情况。结果:与矫治前比较,矫治后侧貌改善明显;硬组织头影测量值SNA、SNB、L1-NB和L1-MP显著升高,ANB、U1-SN和U1-NA显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿的侧面软组织角度中OE-Prn-Pos角、OE-N'-B'角、OE-N'-Sn角、OE-N'-Pos角、N'-Prn-Pos角以及N'-Sn-Pos角均大于矫治前,Sn-N'-B'角小于矫治前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前牙覆[牙合]、覆盖情况相比于矫治前均显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用MRC功能矫治器可以改善患儿后缩的错[牙合]畸形,改善患儿的下颌前突侧貌,可在临床上推广使用。Objective To analysed the curative effect of muscle function training appliance(MRC)muscle functional appliance on ClassⅡmalocclusion in mixed dentition.Methods 82 cases of Class II children admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were treated with MRC.Hard tissue cephalometric measurements and soft tissue angle values were measured respectivelybefore and after treatment,and the overbite coverage of anterior teeth was compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the posterior aspect of the treatment was obviously improved.Hard tissue cephalometric values SNA,SNB,L1-NB and L1-MP were significantly increased,while ANB,U1-SN and U1-NA were significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The OE-Prn-Pos angle,OE-N'-B'angle,OE-N'-Sn angle,OE-N'-Pos angle,N'-Prn-Pos angle and N'-Sn-Pos angle in the side soft tissue angle of the child were all larger than before treatment,while Sn-N'-B'angle was smaller than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The situation of overbite and overbite of anterior teeth was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MRC functional appliance can improve the malocclusion of children with backward contraction and improve the mandibular protrusion profile of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
